What types of laptops do you sell?
We deal in brand new & like new imported laptops from top brands like HP, Dell, and Lenovo. All like new units are in excellent condition and directly imported from the USA, UK, UAE, and Canada.
What payment methods are available?
We accept direct bank transfers and cash on delivery (COD) up to PKR 20,000.
Please confirm our bank details through our official contact number before making any payment.
After completing the transaction, kindly share the payment receipt on our WhatsApp along with the product name for which the payment has been made.
do you deliver across Pakistan?
Yes, we deliver nationwide. However, some remote areas may have limited delivery options.
Can I inspect the package before accepting delivery?
Once your order is confirmed, our team will share a complete inspection/checking video of the product before dispatch.
The product will be shipped only after your approval. However, you can record a video while unboxing to report any issues immediately for assistance.
What are the shipping charges?
We offer FREE delivery on all laptops priced above PKR 20,000.
For laptops below PKR 20,000, a flat and highly reasonable shipping charge of PKR 1,000 will be applied.
Additionally, we are offering FREE shipping on all accessories nationwide.
how long does delivery take?
Standard deliveries typically take 1–4 business days, depending on your location in Pakistan. You’ll receive tracking details to monitor your order’s progress.
What kind of warranty do you offer?
For like new laptops, we offer a 3-day exchange and refund warranty, along with a 1-month checking warranty that includes a minimum 2-hour battery backup guarantee.
However, screen/display issues, physical damage, or burnt/liquid damage are not covered.
Additionally, we provide a 3-month service warranty covering Windows, software, and performance-related issues.
can I return or exchange my order?
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 3 days from date of purchase, even for a change of mind. The laptop must be in original condition with warranty stickers, invoice and packaging.
How do i claim a warranty?
