03 Days Return & Replacement Warranty

hrsolution.pk believe in making online shopping a peaceful experience for our customers, so that you are fully satisfied with the level of service. Customer has a right to genuine & original product without any defect. That’s why we have Standard 03-days Replacement Warranty.

Customers can check the product in 03 days (which starts from the day of delivery). Replacement Warranty is a service we offer in order to provide you with complete peace of mind. You have 03 days to check whether the product you bought from hrsolution.pk is free from any unlikely defect.

In case you find one, please contact us. After due verification of your Bonafede claim, hrsolution.pk will replace the defected product with a new one of the same make and model immediately.

Refund Warranty

hrsolution.pk sells 100% original & genuine products. To provide customer with a confidence to buy, at any point in time after the purchase you discover that the product is not genuine or original, hrsolution.pk will refund the full amount paid for the product.

Replace & Refund: hrsolution.pk is not liable to replace, exchange and refund a product if it is mishandled, damaged, fallen, broken, used or damaged. The parcel contains its original product packaging, manufacturer’s containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories that came in or attached to the product when delivered. It is the liability of the customer to send the product back in its original packing as received.
